Page Navigation
The Side Bar navigation links are sometimes referred to as ‘Page’ navigation as they provide the means of accessing the various pages of the website that actually provide the user with information and content that is dynamically updated via the Administration area.
These Side Bar Navigation links can be found at the side of the web page in the following ‘Main’ areas of the website (see Top Bar Navigation):
Home Page (also called 'Index Page')
Members
Login
Register
The Forum (see Forum) is a separate area of the website and so it does not need these links, if you need to access the links when in the forum, simply go to the ‘Home Page’ first. The Help Centre opens in a new window and has it’s own set of links and does not display these one’s either (see Welcome to Help).
When the user hovers the mouse over the link the cursor will change to the ‘Hyperlink Hand’ and the text will change from dark grey to light grey and the text will be underlines. In this example the ‘Match Fixturess’ link has been highlighted. A single click will direct the user to that particular area:
![]() Note: Although some of the ‘Main’ areas of the site (accessed via the Top Bar navigation links) do not show these links on every page the links shown above will always be displayed no matter which of those links are chosen. For example, if you navigate from the ‘Match Fixture’s page, and then to the ‘Honours Board’, these will links will still be shown.
