As some of you are aware my wife Claire is participating in a Charity cycle event, consisting of 400km across Kenya next November to raise money for 3 Cancer Charities - Breast, Cervical & Ovarian. Full details can be found on the link below :

In order to raise sponsorship she has organised a Charity Disco at Colchester Rugby Club on Friday 9th July from 7.30pm - Midnight.
There will be a light buffet, bar and raffle taking place and tickets are now available at £ 12.00 each or just £ 10.00 each for a table of 10 or more.
Anyone who is interested can contact me in all the usual ways and I will have tickets on me at Spring lane on Sunday.
